Class Conduct

StudioSoul is a space to feel good, move freely, and enjoy the moment.

– Please arrive on time so you can settle in without stress.

– Silence your phone before class to stay present and focused.

– Save conversations for before or after class so everyone can stay in the flow.

– Wipe down any equipment or mats you’ve used before you leave.

– Keep it kind, encouraging, and full of positive energy — we’re all in this together.

Credit-Only Refunds

While we do not offer cash refunds, we understand that plans change. If you cancel a class within the allowed time, your class credit will be returned to your StudioSoul account for future use.

Credits are valid for use within one month of the original purchase date.

Class Cancellations

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the class begins.

– Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.

– Kindly notify us via WhatsApp if you can’t make it.

Unlimited Membership Policy

Unlimited members are expected to cancel at least 4 hours before class, just like class pass users.

– A 20₪ fee will be charged for each late cancellation or no-show.

– The 400₪ Unlimited Membership requires a 4-month consecutive commitment.

Class Pass Expiry

– Drop-ins and 5-class packs expire 1 month from purchase.

– 10-class packs expire 2 months from purchase.
