Class Conduct

StudioSoul is a space to feel good, move freely, and enjoy the moment.

– Please arrive on time so you can settle in without stress.

– Silence your phone before class to stay present and focused.

– Save conversations for before or after class so everyone can stay in the flow.

– Wipe down any equipment or mats you’ve used before you leave.

– Keep it kind, encouraging, and full of positive energy — we’re all in this together.

Credit-Only Refunds

While we do not offer cash refunds, we understand that plans change. If you cancel a class within the allowed time, your class credit will be returned to your StudioSoul account for future use.

Credits are valid for use within one month of the original purchase date.

Class Cancellations

To ensure availability for all Souldiers , we request that you cancel your class as soon as you realize you won’t make it.

Morning classes require cancellation the night before the class by 10:00pm; Evening classes must be cancelled 4 hours before the class begins.

– Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.

– Unlimited members: A 20₪ fee will be charged for each late cancellation or no-show.

Unlimited Membership Policy

– The 480₪ Unlimited Membership requires a 4-month consecutive commitment, after the initial 4 months, the membership automatically renews (on a month to month basis)

– Please contact StudioSoul if you would like to cancel membership (after 4 month commitment). You must cancel a minimum of 1 day before billing date, otherwise, you will be charged for that month. 

– Vacation pause: We allow a one time use, two-week vacation hold over the four month commitment. This will pause the time on the membership for up to two weeks.

– The 600₪ does not require any commitment

– You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged

– If you cancel after you’ve been charged, the payment is non-refundable and the membership remains active until the end of that billing cycle

Class Pass Expiry

– Drop-ins and 5-class packs expire 1 month from purchase.

– 10-class packs expire 2 months from purchase.

Our class schedule and studio policies are subject to change at any time. We’ll always do our best to inform you in advance.
