While our classes definitely bring some spice, they’re absolutely beginner friendly. Every class is designed for all levels from first-timers to seasoned movers.
Our instructors offer modifications for every exercise so you can choose what feels right for your body, whether that means easing into it or turning things up for an extra challenge.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes for sure!!! We love a workout bestie moment. Anyone can join through our drop in classes, they’ll just need to create an account and book into the class.

What should I bring to my class?
Just the essentials! Definitely bring a water bottle, your gunna need it ahaha. Plus we have a refill station to keep you going. You also need running shoes for the Strength and Strength+Sweat classes. Lastly, and a little sweat towel if you like.
Other than that, show up as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest!
