I’m a total beginner ... can I still join?
Absolutely!!
Our classes are designed to challenge you, but everything is modifiable. Our instructors cue options throughout and are always there to help you feel confident and supported.
Whether it’s your first workout ever or you’re getting back into it, there’s a place for you at StudioSoul!!

How do I book a class?

Can I bring a friend?
Yes for sure!!! We love a workout bestie moment. Anyone can join through our drop in classes, they’ll just need to create an account and book into the class.
Unlimited Membership holders also receive one free guest pass every month, perfect for inviting a friend to sweat with you. For more details, feel free to message us on WhatsApp or visit our pricing page.

What should I bring to my class?
Just the essentials! Definitely bring a water bottle, your gunna need it ahaha. Plus we have a refill station to keep you going. You also need running shoes for the Strength and Strength+Sweat classes. Lastly, and a little sweat towel if you like.
Other than that, show up as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest! -
Are your classes pregnancy-safe?
B’sha tova!!! We’re so excited you want to move with us during this special time. We got you, girl.
All of our instructors are pregnancy certified and trained to provide safe modifications throughout class.
As always, check in with your doctor first, then come move with us :)

I just I had a baby! Can I workout at Studio Soul?
Mazel tovvvv!!! 🤍 So exciting! We love that you’re already thinking about moving your body again :)))
We always recommend getting clearance from your doctor before returning to exercise (usually around 6 weeks, but every body and every birth is different!). Once you’re cleared, we’ve got you.
Our instructors offer thoughtful postpartum modifications so you can ease back in safely and confidently. We also highly recommend seeing a women’s health specialist who can guide you through pelvic floor and core recovery.

Is StudioSoul beginner friendly?
While our classes definitely bring some spice, they’re absolutely beginner friendly. Every class is designed for all levels from first-timers to seasoned movers.
Our instructors offer modifications for every exercise so you can choose what feels right for your body, whether that means easing into it or turning things up for an extra challenge.
