Alex Chaimovic
Alex discovered the transformative power of strength training when she realized fitness could be about celebrating what her body can do, rather than just how it looks. This perspective shift ignited her passion for helping others build genuine strength that enhances everyday life and boosts confidence from the inside out. Now teaching strength classes, she creates an empowering and supportive environment where women can discover their own capabilities and feel stronger in every sense of the word. She is dedicated to helping people embrace movement as a tool for empowerment and appreciation of all their bodies can achieve.

Dalia Diamond
“I found my passion for teaching after moving to Tel Aviv and experiencing how powerful it is to move together as a community. As a qualified functional trainer, I bring strength, energy, and connection into every class. My workouts are high-intensity and dynamic, but also about creating space to release, recharge, and feel part of something bigger.”

Adira Waldman
Adira’s greatest passions are movement & the mind–body connection. With a background in dance, Pilates, Yoga and meditation, her classes weave together flow, mindfulness, strengthening and grounding all in one practice.
Her classes are centered around helping you come home to your most relaxed state. With each deepening stretch, posture, breath or moment of stillness, Adira creates space to feel more expansive in both mind & heart. She encourages her students to intuitively connect, moving in ways that feel supportive and aligned.
Her teaching weaves in gentle guiding themes, intentional playlists and subtle connections to internal rhythms of the body & external cycles of the lunar calendar. Each practice ends with a nourishing guided relaxation, leaving you glowing with rejuvenation.
