    Shuli Goldstein

    Shuli founded StudioSoul after moving to Tel Aviv and realizing there was nothing quite like it—a space for anglo-women to feel their best and connect with other women striving to do the same.

    She has a deep passion for movement, drawing from her background in dance, yoga, Pilates, and Zumba. Known for her high-energy sculpt classes, she blends strength, rhythm, and flow to create an empowering experience. She brings the spice, and can’t wait to sweat with you!

    Emily, originally from London, brings her signature slow burn to every Sculpt class, creating a mindful yet powerful workout experience. She’s passionate about helping women feel their best through intentional movement and proper nourishment, empowering them to build strength from the inside out.

    Avigyle AKA yogigyle is the queen of anything yoga! Blending multiple styles to create the perfect balance of challenge and rejuvenation. Her SCULPT X YOGA class blends strength, flow, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling empowered, refreshed, and deeply connected to your practice.

    Tamar Sassoon

    Tamar is originally from Seattle, but now a Tel Avivian. She brings the spice to her Sculpt X Form class; she’s trained in classical Pilates, so she’s all about clean lines, strong moves, and no sloppy reps. She’ll cheer you on, fix your form, and make sure you feel the burn in the best way!
